BYF Discipline Policy

At BYF our goal is to bring children to faith in Jesus Christ.  We want your child to have an enjoyable time at BYF while learning about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  In order for this to happen our rules must be followed.  If the rules are not respected in opening music, the classroom, recreation, the store or hallway we have implemented a plan of action which is listed below.  The rules are as follows:           no running(except at game time); follow the teacher's instructions; wait to be called on before speaking; show respect for your teachers and others. 1st Offense - The child will be taken to the office and spend the remainder of the evening there.  Parents will be notified. 2nd Offense - The child will be taken to the office and the parents will be called.  At that time a meeting with the child, parent and teacher will take place. 3rd Offense - The child will be taken to the office and the parents will be called to come and pick up their child.  The child may be removed from BYF for the remainder of the semester.
